Setup Steps

Complete each step in order. Check off each step as you go.

Create a Dedicated Apple ID

Create a new Apple ID with a relevant email address. This account will be used exclusively for Business Connect management.

Recommended format: applebizconnect@yourdomain.com

Access Business Connect Portal

Navigate to the portal and sign in with your new Apple ID.

Accept Terms of Use

Review and accept the Apple Business Connect Terms of Use and opt-in for Apple updates.

Select Enterprise Account

Choose "Enterprise" account type (for multi-location businesses). The first sign-in receives the administrator role.

Enter Company Details

Input your legal business name, D-U-N-S number (or ABN for Australian companies), physical address, phone, and website. Provide these details in the form below.

Verify Your Company

Complete verification via one of the following methods:

Option A: DNS TXT record (recommended for faster verification)
Option B: Document upload — business license, utility bill showing business name and address

Submit for Apple Review

Click "Next" in the Apple portal to submit your information for Apple to verify.

Confirm Delegation to Consistently

Once verified, sign the delegation approval form. Consistently will then contact Apple to initiate API delegation on your behalf.
